The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) which will begin at St. Anthony’s on Monday, September 15th at 7:00 PM, is the process through which non-baptized adults are prepared to receive the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and the Holy Eucharist at the Easter Vigil (April 4, 2015). The RCIA process also welcomes adults who are already baptized but not Catholic and prepares those adults to be received into full communion of the Catholic Church. The RCIA also helps those adults baptized Catholic, but who have not received First Communion and/or Confirmation, to complete their sacramental initiation.
