On this Divine Mercy Sunday the Hour of Mercy will take place from 3:00 to 4:00 PM at St. Anthony Church. During the Hour of Mercy the Blessed Sacrament will be exposed on the altar and the Chaplet of Divine Mercy will be prayed. Confessions will be heard during the Holy Hour celebrating the Mercy of God and will conclude with Benediction. Come to the Hour of Mercy to receive from Jesus the innumerable graces that he grants to those who trust in him. Saint John Paul said that in the boundless mercy of Jesus Christ we will find comfort in all our anxieties and fears. And Pope Francis wrote: “God never tires of forgiving, but at times we get tired of asking for forgiveness. Let us never tire, let us never tire! He is the loving Father who always pardons, who has that heart of mercy for us all.”

The Catholic Sharing Appeal (CSA)

The Catholic Sharing Appeal is an annual appeal that offers funds to a variety of ministries, services and programs throughout our diocese, as well as the needs of our parish. Our parish has benefited from the Catholic Sharing Appeal. This week you will be receiving a mailing that will give you more information on this year’s case for support. Please take time to review the materials. After prayer and discussion with your family, please join your fellow parishioners and thousands of people throughout the diocese in making a commitment to the Catholic Sharing Appeal. Next weekend we will collect your pledge cards at Mass. Thank you so much for your financial support of our parish and diocese and pray for the success of the appeal.
